First of all, a big THANK YOU for writing the song "Blurry". This song has touched my heart in a time where I most needed it. (When my boyfriend left me). I know it is one of those songs where you put your whole heart and soul into. I can relate to the pain you must have felt (and possibly still feel) after your divorce and after not being able to see your son as much as you would have liked to.
I'm sorry that both the media as well as your "fans" seem to be pretty harsh on you lately. I don't think it is fair of them. There seems to be a scheme that, whenever someone is successful, they are all for that person, but whenever struggles arise, they stop caring about that person and literally "drag them through the mudd".
I don't even know you, (I only discovered your music 2 weeks ago!) but you seem like a good guy, who just happened to find the wrong people and/or substances at the wrong time. But I don't judge you for it.
I do feel that something needs to be done though, ideally before you turn into a "schizophrenic psycho". Because you are better than that. You and your band are meant to rock the world for decades to come. So show the world that you can! Pull yourself out of that puddle of mudd that is addiction...(or get the support you need if you can't do it on your own), "come clean"...and rock on!
Don't let that mind and body of yours go to waste, you are still damn hot and sexy for being 43!
The world needs you Wes. Your son Jordan needs you. Your mom and dad and your whole family need you. Your fans need you. (I for one would LOVE to see a Puddle of Mudd show, so get your asses on tour in Germany pretty please!)
Also, please don't listen to those people who say negative things about you. Don't let assholes ruin your day. Stay strong and keep on rockin'! I believe in you.
